Introduction
These Terms of Sale apply to the subscription service TOPPFORMEN, provided by SOLBERG TECHFIT (org. no. 934649729). By creating an account, starting the trial or purchasing a subscription, you accept these terms.

Service Information
TOPPFORMEN is a digital service for training and nutrition. Features and content may vary by plan/role. The service is delivered on a continuous basis while the subscription is active.
Price
All prices are stated in NOK and include VAT where applicable. Total price and any fees are shown before ordering.
Payment
Monthly payment via Vipps as a recurring charge (auto-debit). By purchasing a subscription, you consent to periodic charges until cancellation. Minimum age: 18 years.
Ordering and Contract Process
Place your order by selecting a plan in TOPPFORMEN, creating an account and confirming the subscription in Vipps. For the trial, the contract starts when you activate the trial. An order confirmation will be sent by email.
Contract Formation
The contract is formed when you confirm the subscription in Vipps (for the trial: when the trial starts). You will receive confirmation by email.
Trial period terms
The trial is limited to one per user and cannot be combined with other offers. The trial starts upon activation and grants full access for the stated period. We may modify or withdraw the trial in cases of abuse or attempted circumvention.
Delivery (Access)
Access to the digital service is provided immediately upon trial start. When moving to the paid subscription, access continues seamlessly as long as payment is valid.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract. If you ask us to begin delivery before the withdrawal period expires (e.g., by using the service), we may charge a proportionate amount for the part delivered up to the withdrawal date. The trial normally incurs no charge. You may use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Norwegian Consumer Authority.

Subscription, Trial and Cancellation
The subscription renews automatically one month at a time until cancelled. 14-day free trial with full access – no commitment. You may cancel at any time from your account page in the app or by stopping the Vipps agreement. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds and current billing period
Cancellation stops future charges. Access remains available for the paid billing period, and refunds are not normally provided for started or prepaid periods, unless required by consumer law.
Defects in the Service
If the service is defective, you may demand remedy or a price reduction in accordance with the rules for digital services. If the defect is not remedied within a reasonable time, you may terminate for the current period.
Delay and Lack of Access
In case of material delay or lack of access, you may withhold payment and claim compensation pursuant to applicable rules.
Seller’s Rights in Case of Breach
In case of non-payment, access may be temporarily suspended until the matter is resolved. In case of material breach, the subscription may be terminated.
Price Changes
Price changes will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
Limitation of Liability
TOPPFORMEN, provided by SOLBERG TECHFIT (org. no. 934649729), is not liable for indirect losses. The service is provided “as is” within mandatory consumer law; this does not limit your statutory rights.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., power outages, third-party faults, natural events).
Complaints
Please notify us at support@toppformen.no if you find any errors or defects. We will respond as soon as possible and no later than 14 days. In case of disagreement, consumers may contact the Consumer Council. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the Norwegian version shall prevail.
Privacy
We process personal data to provide the service, manage subscriptions, and fulfil legal obligations. Payment information is handled via Vipps.

Governing Law and Disputes
The agreement is governed by Norwegian law. Disputes should first be resolved amicably. If not successful, you may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority for mediation. Disputes may be brought before Norwegian courts.
