Introduction
By using TOPPFORMEN, provided by SOLBERG TECHFIT (org. no. 934649729), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept the terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not use the service. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available in the app and on the website).
Purpose of the Service
TOPPFORMEN enables coaches to create and share training and nutrition programs with clients and follow up progress (after the client has granted access). All users may use and adapt ready-made programs. The service may be updated and improved over time. TOPPFORMEN does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare.
Account and Security
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date, and for protecting your login details. Notify us at support@toppformen.no if you suspect misuse.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to register an account and purchase a subscription. We do not offer subscriptions to persons under 18.
Acceptable Use
You must not: (a) violate laws or third-party rights, (b) attempt to bypass security, probe vulnerabilities, or disrupt operations, (c) share or sell your account, (d) upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content, or (e) automate data extraction without written consent.
User Content
You own the content you submit. You grant SOLBERG TECHFIT a non-exclusive, limited license to store and process your content to deliver and improve TOPPFORMEN. We may remove content that violates law or these terms.
Free text and sensitive data
The free-text fields are intended for brief session notes (e.g., how it felt, intensity). Do not enter sensitive personal data such as medications, diagnoses, or health information. You are responsible for the content you submit.
Intellectual Property
Software, design, databases and trademarks related to TOPPFORMEN are owned by SOLBERG TECHFIT or licensors. No rights are transferred beyond what is necessary to use the service.
Payment Terms
Subscriptions are charged monthly via Vipps (recurring payments). By subscribing you accept Vipps’ payment terms. Price changes are notified at least 30 days in advance. Details on price, cancellation and withdrawal are set out in our Terms of Sale.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account page in the app or by stopping the Vipps agreement. Access remains until the end of the current billing period, and further charges stop from the next period.
Availability and Maintenance
We strive for high uptime but may perform planned or urgent maintenance. Access may vary across devices and browsers.
Third Parties
The service uses integrations from third parties (including Vipps). Such use is also governed by the third parties’ terms. See the Privacy Policy for information about processors.
Suspension and Termination by Us
In case of material breach (e.g., misuse, unlawful activity or non-payment), SOLBERG TECHFIT may temporarily suspend access or terminate the agreement.
Disclaimer
Your use of TOPPFORMEN is at your own risk. SOLBERG TECHFIT is not liable for indirect losses or health issues arising from the use of the service, within the limits of mandatory consumer law. Content is for guidance only and is not medical advice.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified with reasonable notice (normally at least 30 days) before taking effect.
Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy . It describes what data is collected, the purposes, legal bases, retention periods, sharing, security measures, and your rights.

Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes should first be resolved amicably. Consumers may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before Norwegian courts.
