Can I change plans later?

Yes—upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply from the next billing period. The trainer role can’t be self-selected and must be arranged through support.

How does Vipps billing work?

Vipps securely handles recurring payments. You’ll always get a 30-day notice before any price change.

Do you support roles for coaches/clients?

Yes — roles are Standard, Client, and Coach. When a coach adds a user as a client, the role updates automatically.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes — you get a 14-day free trial with full access. No commitment, and you can cancel anytime. Charges start only after the trial period ends.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account/billing page or via your Vipps agreements. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Which devices and browsers are supported?

Modern mobile and desktop browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari). You can also install it as a PWA for a more native-like experience: Android/Windows — “Install app”, iPhone/iPad — “Add to Home Screen”, Mac — “Add to Dock”. We highly recommend installing.

Which languages do you support?

We currently support Norwegian and English. The app picks a language automatically on first visit; if something looks off, you can switch language or contact support.

I forgot my password—what do I do?

Use the “Forgot password” link on the login page. We’ll email you a reset link—check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

How do I delete my account or data?

You can request deletion from your account or by contacting support. We process deletion requests according to our Privacy Policy.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your account stays inactive but your training history is retained so you can come back later. If you want it removed, request deletion via support.

Do you support two-factor authentication (MFA)?

Yes—enable MFA from your Account page. We support authenticator apps (TOTP) and provide backup recovery codes. You can disable it later if needed.

Does the app work without internet?

No — TOPPFORMEN is a live service. You need internet for login, viewing plans, logging sessions, and payments.

Will the PWA installation work offline?

You can install the app as a PWA for quick access and an app icon, but content and features still require internet. Some UI may come from the browser cache, but sign-in, sync, and saving workouts require connectivity.
